The Implementation Plan (Volume II) of the Eighth National Development Plan (8NDP) was developed to operationalize Volume I (the main 8NDP policy document) which outlined the strategic development trajectory for the country for the period 2022 -2026. The Implementation Plan (IP), therefore, outlines the specific interventions that were to be undertaken including the results to be generated in order to achieve social-economic transformation under the theme, ‘socio-economic transformation for improved livelihoods.’
